Lavender
Lavender was brought to Britain by the Romans and was a highly valued plant due to it's healing and soothing properties.

Here are Fulham Palace Garden Centre we have over a dozen different varieties available!

Top Lavender Tips:
To get the most out of your lavender, make sure they have plenty of space for growth. The soil must have good drainage as they hate "wet feet". Prune in early Spring.
But don't worry - they aren't too much trouble to grow!

Roses
We have had a huge variety of unusual roses just come in! From Old Garden roses to hybrid tea roses and floribundas. 
Rare old fashioned roses from an amazing £8.99 each!

Top Rose Tips:
Roses like full sun, or partial shade (afternoon shade if possible). They like slightly acidic, free-draining soil - add organic mulch if necessary. Pruning should take place in March. Keep weeds at bay - they like to get their nutrients from close to the surface.
